VGM Fulfillment is a licensed third-party logistics provider and wholesale distributor of medical devices. We are a HIPAA compliant, fully licensed medical device and supplies distributor, and proudly follow OSHA standards. We service hundreds of home medical equipment companies nationwide and assist millions of patients suffering from obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Our more than 300,000+ square feet of warehouse space in Waterloo, Iowa; Nashville, Tennessee; Phoenix, Arizona and Shiremanstown, Pennsylvania covers all 50 states. The core business of VGM Fulfillment is processing resupply orders for patients who use CPAP therapy for OSA. Our service allows our medical device customers to focus on their patients' care instead of managing warehouse space and inventory. As our customers' logistic partner, we provide material handling, system integration, inventory management, distribution, and storage solutions for hundreds of healthcare providers, manufacturers, and vendors.

Through these examinations, VGM Group, Inc. has implemented and maintains an inventory of approximately 130 unique operational, financial, security, and availability SOC 1 and SOC 2 internal controls that assist in ensuring client data is always kept secure.
